1. Product Introduction:
D301G is a macroporous weakly basic anion exchange resin with a polystyrene skeleton, containing -N ( CH3 ) 2 It is less alkaline than strong base resins, easy to regenerate, with a working exchange capacity several times that of strong base resins, and resistant to organic contamination. 3 It is synthesized using a unique process, thus possessing high mechanical strength and chemical stability, with special selectivity for cyanide submetal complexes, fast adsorption speed, and large adsorption capacity, mainly used for gold extraction.

5. Precautions:
1. Transportation and Storage of the Product:
Store the product in a wet state, preferably at temperatures above 0°C; if unused for a long time, it can be sealed or immersed in 5% a brine solution above; during transportation, mainly prevent freezing, and do not place heavy objects on the resin to avoid crushing.
2. Resin Pretreatment:
Generally, an alkali -water - acid - water process can be used; for strict requirements, three cycles are needed, finally treating to the required ionic form.
3. Resin Loading:
Consider the resin's swelling rate during phase transition, reserve enough space to prevent overflow and ensure proper liquid level; the column diameter ratio should be reasonable to avoid channeling; use wet loading or backwash to remove air bubbles inside the resin bed.
4. Before liquid enters the resin column, it should undergo flocculation, filtration, or sand filtration to ensure no suspended solids, preventing blockage of resin pores.
5. Resin unused in the column for a long time must be cleaned and removed for storage, or immersed in saline in salt-resistant media, keeping the surface from dehydration, and periodically backwashed to loosen the resin to prevent caking and spoilage.
