1. Product Introduction:
D113 SC Macroporous weakly acidic cation exchange resin is a cation exchange resin with carboxyl groups (-COOH) on a macroporous acrylic copolymer structure. It is mainly used for industrial water treatment, especially for removing carbonates, bicarbonates, and other alkaline salts. It can also be used in zinc and nickel wastewater treatment and recovery, as well as in the separation and purification of biochemical drugs.
D113 SC The resin series mainly includes three varieties, among which D113 is a general-purpose variety. D113FC Suitable for dual-bed and fluidized bed systems; D113SC Suitable for dual-bed systems.2. Performance Indicators:

4. Product Applications:
Industrial water treatment, especially for removing carbonates, bicarbonates, and other alkaline salts. It can also be used in zinc and nickel wastewater treatment and recovery, as well as in the separation and purification of biochemical drugs.
5. Precautions:
1. Transportation and storage of the product:
The product should be stored wet, preferably at temperatures above 0°C; for long-term storage, it can be sealed or immersed in 5% a brine solution above; during transportation, anti-freeze measures are essential, and heavy objects should not be placed on the resin to prevent crushing.
2. Resin pretreatment:
Generally, alkali -water - acid - water treatment in one cycle is required; for strict requirements, three cycles should be performed, finally converting to the required ionic form.
3. Resin loading:
Consider the swelling rate during conversion, reserve enough space to prevent resin overflow and ensure appropriate liquid level; the column diameter ratio should be within a reasonable range to avoid channeling; use wet loading or backwash to remove air bubbles inside the resin bed.
4. Before liquid enters the resin column, it should undergo flocculation, filtration, or sand filtration to ensure no suspended solids, preventing blockage of resin pores.
5. Resin unused in the column for a long time should be washed out and stored, or immersed in saline within a salt-resistant medium, keeping the surface from drying out. Periodic backwashing is also necessary to loosen the resin and prevent caking and spoilage.
