1. Product Introduction:
001×2 is a gel-type strong acid cation exchange resin with a polystyrene skeleton, containing sulfonic acid groups, equivalent to solid sulfuric acid. Due to its low degree of crosslinking, the molecular flow resistance inside the resin is small, making it suitable for the extraction of antibiotics with a high positive charge.

4. Product Applications:
Mainly used for the extraction of antibiotics.
5. Precautions:
1. Transportation and Storage of the Product:
The product should be stored wet, preferably at temperatures above 0°C; if unused for a long time, it can be sealed or stored in brine with more than 5% salt; during transportation, prevent freezing and avoid placing heavy objects on the resin to prevent crushing.
2. Resin Pretreatment:
Generally, an alkali-water-acid-water process can be used; for strict requirements, three cycles are needed, finally treating the resin into the required ionic form.
3. Resin Loading:
Consider the resin's swelling rate during ion exchange, reserve enough space to prevent overflow and ensure proper liquid level; the column diameter ratio should be reasonable to avoid channeling; use wet loading or backwash to remove air bubbles inside the resin bed.
4. Before the liquid enters the resin column, it should undergo flocculation, filtration, or sand filtration to ensure no suspended solids, preventing blockage of resin pores.
5. Resin unused in the column for a long time should be cleaned and removed for storage, or stored in a salt-resistant medium with brine, keeping the surface from drying out; periodic backwashing is also required to loosen the resin and prevent caking and spoilage.
