    LJ087-2 is a mixed bed resin composed of gel-type electronic grade cation resin and electronic grade anion resin, suitable for the preparation and fine treatment of ultrapure water in the electronics industry.     3. Precautions:

    1. Transportation and Storage of the Product:

    Store the product in a wet state, preferably at temperatures above 0°C; for long-term storage, it can be sealed or immersed in 5% a brine solution above; during transportation, prevent freezing and avoid placing heavy objects on the resin to prevent crushing.

    2. Resin Pretreatment:

    Generally, treatment can be done using alkali -water - acid - water in one process; for strict requirements, three cycles are needed, finally converting to the required ionic form.

    3. Resin Loading:

    Consider the resin's swelling rate during ion exchange, reserve enough space to prevent overflow and ensure proper liquid level; the column diameter ratio should be reasonable to avoid channeling; use wet loading or backwash to remove air bubbles inside the resin bed.

    4. Before liquid enters the resin column, it should undergo flocculation, filtration, or sand filtration to ensure no suspended solids, preventing blockage of resin pores.

    5. Resin unused for a long time in the column should be cleaned and removed for storage, or kept in a salt-resistant medium with brine, maintaining moisture on the surface and performing periodic backwash to loosen the resin and prevent caking and damage.
