I. Basic Information of the Construction Project

2. Construction Location: No. 2, East Construction Road, South District, Weixian High-tech Industrial Development Zone (within the premises of Hebei Lijiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.)
3. Nature of Construction: Expansion
4. Construction Content and Scale: The project will expand a production workshop of 2,442 square meters on reserved land within the company premises. It will purchase and install 34 main equipment units (sets) including mixing kettles, reaction kettles, and washing kettles, using atmospheric pressure aqueous suspension polymerization technology to produce white balls. After completion, the project will add a white ball production capacity of 3,000 tons. It will also purchase and install 31 main equipment units (sets) including reaction kettles, washing kettles, and liquid separation tanks to add a strong acid polystyrene-type cation exchange resin production line using atmospheric pressure sulfuric acid sulfonation technology. After completion, the project will add a strong acid polystyrene-type cation exchange resin production capacity of 8,500 tons per year. The overall project is divided into two phases: Phase one constructs the white ball production line, and phase two constructs the cationic resin production line.
