On March 17, 2017, our company conducted a batch of new employee orientation training. A total of 15 individuals with relevant educational backgrounds were recruited, including personnel for workshop technology, laboratory testing, and the R&D center.
This training was organized and implemented by the Human Resources Department and the Safety and Environmental Protection Department. The content covered topics such as safety production standards, safe operation skills, fire safety knowledge, and corporate culture. Following a model of theoretical study in the morning and practical workshop experience in the afternoon, the training not only improved employees' learning speed but also helped them focus their efforts and strengthened their commitment to choosing Lijiang.
Through this training, new employees will pay more attention to their words and actions in their future work, comply with all company rules and regulations as required, and many new employees expressed that they will quickly integrate into the new team and strive to master business knowledge to contribute their strength to the company.
