I. Basic Information of the Construction Project

Construction Location: No. XX, East Construction Road, South District, Weixian High-tech Industrial Development Zone 2 (Inside Hebei Lijiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. premises)
Construction Content and Scale: The project expands the production workshop on reserved land within the company premises 2442 square meters. Purchase and install main equipment such as mixing kettle, reaction kettle, washing kettle, 33 units (sets), using atmospheric water-phase suspension polymerization process to produce white balls. After completion, the project will add white ball production capacity of 3000 tons; purchase and install main equipment such as reaction kettle, washing kettle, liquid separation tank, 31 units (sets), adding a strong acid polystyrene-type cation exchange resin production line using atmospheric sulfuric acid sulfonation process. After completion, the project will add strong acid polystyrene-type cation exchange resin production capacity of 8500 tons / per year. The overall project is constructed in two phases: phase one builds the white ball production line, phase two builds the cationic resin production line.
Existing Project Overview: The company currently has a comprehensive workshop, white ball drying workshop, chloramine workshop, nuclear grade resin workshop, magnesium sulfate workshop, buffer adjustment pool, tank area, Class A warehouse, Class C warehouse, finished product warehouse, comprehensive building, boiler room, power distribution room, canteen and other auxiliary supporting facilities. The production scale is annual production of cationic exchange resin 2000 tons, anionic exchange resin 5300 tons, adsorption resin 1000 tons, intermediate product white balls 1800 tons. The existing projects passed environmental protection acceptance on 2017 year 5 month 19 day, 2018 year 8 month 14 day and 2019 year 9 month 2 day respectively, with complete environmental protection procedures. According to the environmental protection acceptance reports and self-monitoring reports of the existing projects, the environmental protection facilities operate stably, and all pollutants are discharged stably up to standard.
